Wild Soul Yoga
Charlotte will share with you a practice that focuses on mindful, embodied movement with a deep connection to the breath. She will guide you through traditional poses and sometimes make some up! Offering variations and modifications along the way to allow you to take ownership of your practice with the freedom to move and express yourself in your own way.
Creating a nurturing practice that supports your connection to yourself, others, and all that you do. Expect a plethora of sounds, aromas, and sensations with space to breathe, transform, get lost in the moment and just BE.
